I came to Anna with questions about a longstanding shoulder injury. I’d never tried muscle testing before and didn’t know what to expect. First, she helped me streamline my questions to get the clearest and most productive responses. These questions had been causing me angst for close to a year and were distracting me from the healing process. As she began the muscle testing and shared the responses she was getting something in me got very still. It was as if my own deeper knowing that I hadn’t been listening to just ‘came on line’. Anna’s responses were simple, grounded and reflected my own knowing back to me, and I needed that. I feel much more clear now about the next steps for healing my shoulder injury.
